You need to either Update Your Game To Latest Version or wait for 2 days to get it

You are here in Candy Friends and you post from Candy Soda. Please note that your game always matches the specific page. I had no problems in candy soda. I would suggest you. Close and update your game and clear the cache and restart. Then it should work again.

Are you playing the game on Windows 10 OR on through Browsers like Chrome or Edge?
There was an issue few days ago, and all of the Candy games were having the issue you have specified!! But, now all the games are working fine and especially, Candy Soda too! Unless you are using Facebook Game Room!!
The reason for the game not to load could be server issue or your internet connection. No need to worry.... close down all the Apps and shut down your computer for 5 minutes and restart it back on. Now, make sure the internet is connection is good and strong, and open ONLY Candy Soda game.
Since you have rebooted your PC and there is not much load too, your Soda game should open up now!

Since yesterday (28th April) I've had a message saying 'You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix. Please try again in a moment'. I tried several times yesterday and now again today but still get the same message. There does not appear to be a reported issus anywhere that I can find. Does anyone know what is happening, please?
