Snow Rider, precisely my point: "we wish the new design would be positively received by everyone"… Obviously, your "wish" goes against the "wish" of 27 pages of users, who repeatedly expressed the wish that you revert to the previous design. So, please do your clients a favor and explain to "the Studio" (whoever that may…
Snow Rider, that was the worst reaction possible to 27 pages of negative user-comments. People who play this game are basically your clients: the people who pay for their pleasure, the people who pay your salary. Don't make these people angry. What did you say after receiving 27 pages of very unhappy clients? We are not…
Two weeks ago this design already appeared for a short time. Then you reverted to the old familiar design and we thought that you had listened to the players. Apparently you forgot that you had listened to us and try this same awful design again. Was this an internal communication issue when some of you guys were on…
Thanks, Kiara. I tried to follow your advice, but that did not work (logging out, killing the process and logging in again). Then what I did was: logging out, killing the process. @encantes there is a very limited list of file extensions, which are allowed to post here. Only files with the following extensions are allowed: txt, jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp, tiff, ico, zip, gz, tar.gz, tgz, psd, ai, pdf, doc, xls, ppt, docx, xlsx, pptx, log, rar, 7z. I have inserted the mp4 video now in a powerpoint…
@encantes I compressed the avi-file I sent earlier using the winrar compressor. You would first have to decompress it, but I don't know if that is possible on your Samsung. I just converted the video into mp4 format, which should be readable on your phone. But I am not allowed to upload mp4 files here. So I renamed it to…
Hi @PummyRaj, I realized that this avi-file had some issues. Yet, in VLC-player, when it asks to repair the file, I can play it, by pressing "Play anyway". Maybe that also works for you? 😏
