tried all of the fixes suggested and still taking around an hour to load and as above comment between levels also.

here is another comment to add to that list, game keeps freezing, please let us opt out of these events or get them properly fixed.

using iPhone and iPad it takes over an hour to load the game ! Petopia caused this problem before and it has not been resolved yet again. I have done everything suggested on here deleting and reinstalling- still no resolution! Please no more Petopia until this issue is resolved or a way of opting out please.

replyto.petrescue@king .com this is the email address I received a reply from. I originally contacted them from the help centre in the game and it was a chat service which then reported the problem for me.

After contacting support my gold bars have now arrived in my game, hope this will be the same for everyone now

This also happened with my game, “claim failed you have already claimed on another device “ no I have not !

petopia is a great concept but the loading issues are an absolute nightmare as the game progresses. I wish there was a way of opting out. This is not a new issue, it has happened on every occasion.
