We’ve received reports from some of you about loading issues, and we need your help to investigate further. If you’re on the latest version of the game, 3.11.0.0, and experiencing difficulties with opening or loading the game, please share the following information:
- The platform and the model of the device you’re using to play Pet Rescue (e.g., Android, iOS, Windows, Kindle, or Facebook).
- When the issue started – was it since the beginning of Petopia or after passing certain levels? (If possible, please specify the level.)

App just stopped loading on my iPhone, petopia had been up for several days before this happened, it was not at the beginning, app will still not load, very disappointing and frustrating. I have followed all of the instructions your help section, removing redundant apps updating my phone forced rebooting the app et cetera.Why don’t you just take petopia down if you think this is the issue?

App on both my iPhone and iPad is so slow it can take nearly half an hour to load, this is at initial loading and going up levels. At the beginning of Petopia it was ok but I am now on level around 20-23 and I seriously am giving up. This happens each time this extra game is on the app and it is very frustrating.

Android. 2 devices same account. it started when the trick or treaters came out.

i am having same problem. app will not respond on 2 separate android devices same account started when trick or treaters came out

Using iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPad Pro (10.5-inch), both updated to IOS 17.7, started after playing one level but can’t tell you which one because the game won’t open on either one of the devices. It just hangs. Emailed King and they suggested I play other King games…

tried all the above recommendations, deleted and then re added the app still no luck ,
