LianaV - They do listen but they also do listen to others and gage the amount of play with you and others. The current release of the game is great to many and not so hot to a few others. But it is still good to have. If you keep playing you will get use to it and it will become a fun experience again.

JJLC - This happened to me when the game was not able to update on my device. Check to see if the latest version of the game is installed and if not update the game. Sheryl_Thompson - Updates are most commonly done automatically but sometimes we shut off the auto-download feature by mistake. If this has happened you can manually download the updates by going to the app store you downloaded the app from and select updates from the submenu. What device are you using?
