While the ongoing calendar gives only one Olivia, they somehow brought the old progress stuff back again. They don't seem to know that gaining more levels in late area is much harder than in early area.
This happens in another attempt on progress level where other characters stand correctly, except this.
Check the low tile which is targeted by mixing color bomb with wrapped candy.
This level doesn't spawn green candies, yet Rachel is in the list. This is not the dead Chinese version where a character can adapt to a different color.
The correct challenge is not CCJS, but Spring Jelly Queen outfit.
The only possible chance to see her is in the Spring Diary event where only one Olivia is available. All other events just repeat between Olivia, BGT and Rachel, but never a chance on Spring Jelly Queen.
I can't access wiki at the moment so the names may be inaccurate. After updating to 4.9.0 (android) yesterday, trying to use his ability will glitch the screen. Other outfits do not have this glitch.
...That they never bring back the Spring Jelly Queen. If one can't read: This event gives another Olivia.
Look at the highlighted tile, the reason of friend coloring hitting the tile is because there is a candy.
And it's already 2025 while this image has "2023" on it.
