Do you play while connected to Facebook normally? If so, your progress will be saved. I would suggest firstly restarting your iPad and then trying to remove the app again and try to re-install again.

Hey Maximin, there was another update recently and the lives appear to be working fine on my mobile now across both worlds. Has the issue resolved for you too?

Hey Sushank! There appears to be a problem with "pre level Boosters" at the moment. Just use the in game Boosters for now and it should be fine. I am sure there will be an update with a resolution soon :)

Hey Maria what is the problem that you are having? This is a community site where all the players can talk about the best tips for passing levels and help each other out. I know that there are some King moderators that step in too when needed. Let me know what you need help with and maybe we can give you some guidance :) 

In order for your friend to receive extra moves or lives she will need to be connected to Facebook in order for you to be able to send lives to them.
