What device are you playing on? Have you checked to see if it is still compatible with the games? You can find full info here- http://candycrushsaga.com/help/en If you logged in with Facebook this means that your levels will be saved there, so in the meantime you can carrying on playing on Facebook online. 

I believe she is speaking in Swedish and she says "Åh, läskedryck!" which means "Oh Soda" :D 

I am having the same problem, everything works fine on my mobile and on Facebook, are you able to play there in the meantime as it may be a wide spread issue.

Have you changed your Facebook password? If so, it will need updating on your mobile too. Are you able to log into your Facebook app on your phone?
