After update on June 4 2015 my game would not update now it will not open

please help I do not want to start over. My app would not update -Apple apps iPad 3- it went into a pending status for a day. I then tried to open the game and it opens to the Orange screen says "King Loading" then shuts offer sending me back to my home screen. I have been requesting help since June 4th and I have had no assistance.

Do you play while connected to Facebook normally? If so, your progress will be saved. I would suggest firstly restarting your iPad and then trying to remove the app again and try to re-install again.

Sour skull error
Why are the sour skulls not working as they usually do? I was just playing level 13990 and the sour skulls wouldn't activate after they've been touched by a candy nor after a wrapped candy exploded. It cost me my episode race and streak. Why is CC getting so glitchy?
Unable to log in to my account with facebook
Since 3-4 days ago, I am unable to log in with my facebook account. Yes, I tried everything that I could find online, all the helps and tricks, but it still doesn't work. Probably lost 10 years of progress and about 12000 levels… I am fuming… Whatever I do, I get this message…

Level 11297
this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
Weekly Challenge
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
