You should have 3 treasure chests on the map that you’ll need to reach in order to get the prize inside. The first treasure chest is placed 1 level in front of you, the second 3 levels in front of you and the third one at 6 levels in front of you. Looks pretty simple. The treasure chests are on levels you haven't played yet right on the map from where you are. So if you can beat a few new levels in an hour you collect those three treasures. after that the timer resets. I'm in this situation as well. You won't get an answer from King in here. The moderators are rather useless and don't work for King. They will fix it if/when they feel like it. I have the issue too. New levels start on Wednesday; that's my deadline to King. Have it fixed by then or I'm out.

There are multiple threads on this dating back five weeks. The standard response from the forum moderators is that "they" are aware of the glitch and are working on it but it's not a priority.
