  • If you play on King.com then create an account using your email and you will automatically get a group of friends that can help you out etc. Just set up an account in the menu on the left.

  • It sounds like you're on the last level on mobile then. Don't forget that with Candy Crush, the levels are always released on Facebook first and then mobile after so you can't play the later levels at the same time :)

  • From what I know, there should be 1407 levels available now so maybe you need to update the game. I can see your post is a few days old so maybe there's an update thats just been released with the newer levels.

  • Are you using the animal companions at all? Don't forget that each time you play a level with these active, it can cost like, over 200 magic beans each time. I know this is where a lot of mine disappear.

  • From what you have said it sounds like the game has lost its connection to Facebook. To get connected again follow the tips here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-android These should get you connected again so that you can progress and see your friends again.

  • This sounds like a card or banking issue from what you have said. If you cannot get the card to work I would contact your bank or check that you have input the payment details correctly into the site.
