Lives and boosters don't transfer, you can read about it here... https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-messages You need to be careful when playing with 2 accounts and the game is only designed to save one, so it will overwrite any other game.

If you didn't save your levels before then go back to your old mobile and create a kingdom account. Go to the settings and click the little orange icon, enter an email and password and then you can transfer this to your new phone :)

If you registered with Kingdom you only need to remember your email to login which of course only you will know. If you deleted your old Facebook account then unfortunately you will have lost all your progress sorry! :(

Hmm, try closing all other apps, maybe even a simple restart. If nothing works try just deleting the app and reinstalling it if your progress has been saved of course.

Because you can only ask players who play the game... it's not possible to ask everyone in your friends list as they need to be playing the game to help.
