This happens to us all. There is not much you can do. Just keep your browser up to date, keep your cache clear. That way there is less chance of the game crashing.

Don't get upset Valarie. The only thing you need to do is log back into whatever you were using to sync your game (facebook or kingdom) then you will see that your levels and gold will return :)

Connect your game to Kingdom. It's like Kings version of Facebook. That way you can delete the game then log back in when you reinstall. But first, let me know what these 'phone issues' were, maybe it's something that would affect your gaming.

If you check the little pop up at the end of the level it will say why you failed the level, post up a screenshot here if you're not sure. If you're passing the level and the game isn't actually recognizing it then I would check your sync connection…

Restart your iPad first. Then try to play again. If this doesn't work, then force close all other apps. Check your memory, try a few things like this to narrow down the cause of the issue.
