I don't think they are available anymore. There was once an offer where you could buy an extra permanent 3 lives as well but that's also long gone.

You will just have to play the level again, there is not much else you can do if the game didn't recognise your progress.

The Facebook version of the game is always ahead of the mobile. The levels get released there first and then added to mobiles a few weeks later so there is normally always a difference :)

If you still have access to your old mobile then you can go in and create a kingdom account to save your game. In the app settings there is a little orange icon. Here you can enter an email and password and it will save your progress. Then on your new iPad you can log into this same account to return your game :)

This is pretty normal though, I mean I only ever see a few players, not everyone on my Facebook. There is also a search box to find more friends. I don't think there is any issue with the game.

This can happen if you have adjusted the time on your mobile for some reason. You will need adjust it back until the timer is normal (check in the game) and then once it's normal go back and change the time to normal :)
