I didn't get to see this promo in the game. Did the bombs act differently to in the normal game (where they have number of moves written on them) Did you capture any images of it?

Could be a Facebook issue, could be an internet problem also. Have you tried any troubleshooting from your side, like playing in another browser, checking your wi-fi settings etc. I don't know too much about Windows 10 yet. Normally when an internet connection hangs its because of the server connection.

I'm sure this is normal, I've seen it happen in other levels because I'm sure a valid move is 3 normal candies, so maybe if you don't have that then the board will shuffle. 

Can you post a screenshot of this screen? That sounds real strange. I just checked and I can see the target is also 15,000 on my game. 

If your PC is asking you to install or upgrade flash then that is no fault of the game. If I was you I would stop paying until you resolve the issue, this makes sense to me anyway. Its possible that you have 2 versions of flash player running and the old one is conflicting with the new. This was a known Firefox issue…

Cathleen, I'm not sure I understand whats happening. You can't download the games or you can't connect to Facebook in these apps? How old is your iPad, maybe its not supported anymore if its old? 

Don't shoot the messenger but I've read that free boosters are non refundable, there's info in the app about it. Plus the game is kicking you out, then just stop using items until you have fixed it. Makes sense right. What mobile do you have? I'll try give you some troubleshooting tips.

Cathy, check out if you have enough memory available, maybe even force close all apps and restart your tablet. These are the kind of things that can cause a game to crash if its struggling.
