What exactly have you tried? Try this... go to the Facebook app, go to settings and apps then find Soda. Tap on the icon and it should switch to the game app and sync from there.

If you're playing on mobile then just delete the app and add it again but don't connect to Facebook or anything. Then if you want to save your game create a new Kingdom account with a different email.

Lucky you, haha. I would clear your cache, log out of the game (facebook/kingdom) and restart. Try some things to clear it out of the memory. If worst comes to worst you will just have to scroll back to your last level.

I think there are a lot of players who would love that, haha. Clear out the game app cache in your mobile settings (settings and apps section normally). You might lose your boosters but it's worth it to get your game back.

If you get the chance to check out the promotions, there are plenty of opportunities to win items in the game. It's also said that each level can be passed without boosters, which is a hell of a challenge, haha.

Go to your settings and find it in the apps there, then delete it and try to reinstall it again :)

The quests don't affect the main game. It sounds like a shame but you can still continue playing right? Maybe you only get one chance to play the promo, then it's gone...

Not every player has the promos and features added to their game. This is normal. I've seen it a lot on the site from other players and friends of mine.

I don't want to sound bad but you're sure it's the right email address? The system should definitely recognize it. How about in another King game, maybe try it there and see if there's an issue.
