Hi and welcome to the community. I hate it when that happens. Unfortunately I need you to contact player support from within the game regarding this. Make sure you tell them the date/time the advert showed so they can track it and hopefully sort it out for you. 🐱

Hi and welcome to the community. I would advise that you reply back to the email you should have had acknowledging your request as we cannot help here with issues like that. Don't send a new ticket, just a reply and hopefully they will get back to you soon. I am assumug you sent a message via the player support centre?
