Hey there @KathrynBalsinger, sorry to hear that. If you can't access your account, you should be able to reset your password so that you can login again. If you login, you should have access to your progress and boosters again if you haven't reinstalled the game!

As for the lives in Farm Heroes Saga, is this on Facebook or on another platform? We're aware that for some players the lives are not working properly in some teams, with the studio investigating the issue - but with no recent updates on the progress of it.
