Hey there again, would you mind telling me what device and version of OS you have to play Farm with? It may be that you're on an older version of Android that needs to be updated π If you can't update to a newer version of Android, you may need to continue the game from another device

Hey there, looking at this again, are you opening the notification as soon as you get them? Because if they are opened later - it can be that the event has already ended. If it's happening in other apps too it sounds like it could be a problem with your network connection, or the device itself (but most likely connectionβ¦

The fastest way to get help with purchases like these is to reach out to the Support in the game, if you have screenshots and your Player ID then it will go faster. Toβ¦
