Hey Mona, Once you have synchronized your game to a Facebook account, you can´t undo this. However, you can synchronize it to another Facebook account if you´d wish. Or just enjoy crushing your way back up ;-)

Hi Jane, Check for updates for your tablet and all your apps, especially the game app and Facebook app. Make sure you use a strong internet connection. Connect to your Facebook from within the game app. You can also connect to your Kingdom account from within the app and get help from friends there.

Hey fwdaisy, At the moment there are 545 levels available on PC. For mobile there should be at least 525 levels although this may depend on the operating system that you´re using (Android, iOS, Kindle, etc) Check for updates on your device and for your apps.
