Hey Angel, Do you only play the game on Facebook on PC? Bare in mind that all help and messages are only valid during a Facebook session. This means that if you refresh, the message will be gone. If you play on a phone or tablet, your messages will be saved. You can also play on King.com where you can find new friends too.

Hey Flora, No worries, you can make them fly away. Make at least two matches near to each one of them. This activates them. But..they only will go together; one for all, all for one. This means that you will need to activate each one of them and off they go!

Hey Marbelles, You should remain disconnected from both your Kingdom and Facebook account, as long as you are on the Mystery Quests. You can´t play both the Mystery Quests and keep receiving tickets at the same time.

Hey Elaine, Did you update your mobile game app or did it automatically update on your phone? I'd recommend you to use the free boosters and not to save too many of them as this can happen after an update.
