Hey Edie, have you tried playing in different browsers? Clear cache and do a restart on your PC. Check if your flash is up to date and close other tabs and open programs. You can also play Pepper Panic on King.com and synchronise with your Facebook.

Hey Cee, you need to keep the button of your mouse pressed until you have selected all the necessary letters of the word you want to select. No need to type any word, just use your mouse when playing on PC.
