What level were you on before this happened? If you use both Facebook and Kingdom, then make sure both are synchronised. You can do so through the settings on your account on King.com . I think that should do the trick for you.

Have you checked for updates for your phone and apps Donna? Restart your device too and make sure you properly log out of your Facebook first, both within the game app and on your phone. Then open the app and connect again to your Facebook or your Kingdom account from within the app.

Check for updates for your device and all your apps. Do a restart. If this keeps happening, try to uninstall and reinstall. Make sure to synchronise your progress first ;-) If that doesn't help, then I wouldn't know what to do. Are you playing on an old device by any chance?
