Happy new year Josie! I now understand. You initially tagged ´King.com´ in your question so I presumed you were playing on PC. Truth is that some levels in their games can have slight variations between the game on PC and the game on mobile devices. In general the YouTube videos show the levels as they appear on PC.

Good point Mark, in that case you can only play on PC I believe. Or, replay previous levels where you did not reach 3 stars, while using your unlimited lives.

Does it tell you the same after clearing cache and doing a restart on your PC? I find this page https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ pretty helpful; it will indicate you if something's missing and it gives you the chance to update accordingly. You can also try to play on King.com

Did you receive a call or a message while you were playing? I've never seen a game reloading while still playing a level in that game. Pretty much every level has got a video on YouTube; just make sure you watch recently uploaded videos of that level 125 in Blossom Blast Saga when looking for them.
