Clear cache on your laptop and do a restart. Try using Google Chrome as a browser, check your internet connection and make sure you have other tabs and programs closed.

Hey Tadd, open a window in your browser (Chrome) on your tablet and go to www.king.com. Select the games you want to download there and that should work. At least that worked for a couple of friends of mine.

Have you checked for updates Lorna? Check for updates for all your apps and your device itself.Do you connect to the Kingdom and/or Facebook in the game on your mobile?

Good question, but first: did they ever synchronise Allison? As far as I can remember, the only two things that do synchronise are your levels and your gold bars.
