Ok Kianna this might sound weird but don´t blame me; I read this on Facebook and it seems to work for some so why not give it a try? Go back and play these levels: 7, 10, 17, 19, 33, 48 and 164. You do not need to complete them, just play them. This should unlock the Boosters.

Do you double-click or refresh the page while making the payment? Be careful with that as it messes up the quantity! Instead be patient and don't touch anything meanwhile the system works. It happened to me once when buying online tickets for a concert. Ouch!

What browser do you play in? Have you tried in Google Chrome? Clear your browser cache and restart your PC. Try again afterwards.

Debi did you check for updates for your Kindle Fire and all apps? Afterwards, open the game app and connect to your Facebook from within the game. This should synchronize your progress straight away.
