Yes, I've lost at least 20 gold bars and multiple boosters because of this issue. I haven't played in several days now because no fix seems to be in sight and I'm not spending money just to throw it away.

I'm not going to be playing until this issue is fixed. I just lost 10 gold bars that I used to pay for extra moves and the game froze - again.

I'm playing on an iOS platform (iPhone). It's happening after each win and has happened mutliple times on 2/23 and 2/24). I've lost boosters and gold bars (used gold bars to buy moves and right before winning the level, the game froze).

same here It just started today. I restarted my device and reinstalled the app and same problem.

And again!!! I had 35 lives and the new terms of service box came back up again and all of the lives are GONE. Please fix this bug. It takes me weeks to save up that many lives from friends.

I was playing earlier to day with no issues, went to use the app store and the game crashed. It will not reload. I have rebooted my desktop and still just a black screen when I try to load the game.

I'm playing on desktop with Windows 11 and can't play at all. I just tried to play on my iPhone and while the game will load, at the end of the game it just spins. So something is wrong with the game itself, not my computer. Hope that helps!
