You might have to do a factory reset of your mobile. Before doing so please make sure you have done a backup of your personal data. After the factory reset your phone should be able to install again from Windows Market Place. Cheers :-)

Hi Jasmine! Not all levels have the Sugar Drop. There are on level 240, 250, 255 and more. You can see this on the overview map where the icon is jumping. Cheers :-)
