  • Hmm, the only thing I can think to do is make sure your progress is saved on say Facebook, then delete and install the game again. It looks like a temporary issue but thats the best way of solving it.

  • I agree that the buttons are close, but its just a case of being a little more careful with your button presses. If you know that screen is coming up then you know to be careful with tapping in the right place.

  • It sounds like the last time you sync'd the game on Facebook you were at level 305? Or are you on level 404 when you play on Facebook because if you are you can open up the settings page on the Facebook mobile app and go to settings and press on Candy Crush and this sends your progress to your mobile app. Try this out!

  • The game keeps crashing on you or it won't install now at all? Game crashes on mobiles are normally down to memory issues so check how much memory is available, how much ram you have free etc. If the game isn't installing then you're probably better off asking on the Nokia forums as this is completely different.

  • I'm not sure I understand the issue. You're trying to claim back boosters and lives that you're losing whilst playing a level? Then by the sounds of it you're playing the level without them and you've passed it? Let me know the situation?

  • Its always been this way with Candy Crush on Facebook. The lives are only there for when you first use the game. Then you have your normal 5 the next time you come back. So yeah, its not an issue, as far as I'm aware its always been the case.

  • I know that Facebook changed some settings recently, now you have to give the game access to your friends list. Go into your Facebook settings to check this out. Find Candy and check it has access.

  • You can only have a maximum of 5 lives in the game so you should only accept your inbox lives when you need them. If you accept them and exit the game you will lose them. It's a good thing to keep in mind.
