Its just a case of being more careful with your button presses. I see this quite a lot on the different chats. Yes, the buttons are close but you just need to be careful, maybe even use a little stylus. 

Did you synchronize your progress before you deleted the app? If you sync'd up with the kingdom or facebook then you will be able to get it back. However if you didn't then I'm afraid your progress is lost. Always remember to synchronize!

If you're using an iPhone 3 then I don't think the game is supported. It says on the help site that the game is only supported from 4 and above: http://candycrushsaga.com/help/en

There's no different versions of the game, it's just that the sugar drop challenge wasn't given to every player. It was just a test phase so random players had it. Hopefully they will introduce into the game for everyone! 

This was a test from what I've read. So it's possible that they have switched the user group and given it to another group of random players. Maybe if the tests went well, we will all get it soon!

I didn't have this in my game. Could you please post a photo of how it looks? If you click on the actual roadblock instead of the mailbox, does this work?

You need to get the items in the column next to the jars. Then you can get them to drop. Its hard to explain so I found a video for you. Right at the end you can see what I mean, how to get them to drop. Try and follow it. Hopefully it helps :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FIO92vIUEvo
