Sadly this is an issue we in this community have been told that King player support cannot fix. Some players have reported this on and off for years and were told that there is no solution and no fix that can be applied to an account that is affected.

Plot twist: This new version of leaderboard events to only count new levels is great! We can now play the game and at the same time avoid entering the knockout rounds too early. I played through two chocolate boxes this morning and made 65 gold in the process without entering a leaderboard….

@bernadet61 The levels have been moved about within each episode by King to move the hardest ones near the end of each episode and therefore the YouTube videos are no longer showing the same levels when we google the level number. Try to search for all 15 levels of the same episode and the level you are currently playing…

Hello @Sitpone1976 Welcome to the community! I don't know how to solve your problem since I don't know what problem you have. Please could you share with us your problem and then maybe someone can help you solve it.

You need to access setting while playing a level. The gear icon bottom left you press if you want to quit midway through a level. It probably is automatically set to fast anyway, it is in my game.

I tried this out myself last night after reading your post and uninstalled and reinstalled the app then started a new game. I saw the event at level 10 after getting the keys to enter Candy Town, so any player starting a new account and playing to level 10 would enter. I had to play a total of 20 levels to qualify. I did…
