I think there is an automated systems now which seems to kick in if we tag a moderator. It just happened to me in the support forum and it was extremely swift, it must be automated. I'm just posting this to see where this thread is hiding.

Hello @Jutla . Congratulations of reaching this milestone! To answer your question, given the huge population of India then my guess would be maybe a few hundred thousand? It depends on how many people play the game in India and King do not publish any such information, so it will remain guesswork.
