It would help if you could post an image of your own player card, the one you see on your smartphone when you click on your own avatar. I'm sure there must be an easy fix to this.

It's probably some stupid test game. I heard someone else commenting on this but for them it only lasted a few levels. If it's a new game you can't have a win streak or super colour bomb yet, they don't start until level 200. Is this permanent in your game? What level are you at?

Sadly because of the way the game is being changed and rewritten the advanced elements that long standing experienced players remember have been written out of the game almost entirely in the past…
