This must be an unintentional side effect. The developers should read this thread and take note. That used to be the one reliable feature of the jelly fish: hit whatever is sitting below the dragon. They helped me pass level 11424. On this level the fish target the toffee above all else. This meant I was able to pass despite setting off both wonderful wrappers at the same time.
