  • I'm not sure I understand your question. Of course the winner gets the biggest prize, that is completely normal in events like this. It is how any lottery works as well as any competition I know of: In the Olympic games the third placed athletes don't win a gold medal. That is life!

  • I think lives end up on the device you first log into each day. Does this problem persist even if you do not open the app on your Desktop at all for a few days? Say you request the lives on your phone and then only play on your phone, do you not see any lives at all?
