  • Is this a volcanic panic level? Perhaps you could send us a screenshot of the level and we could take a look to see if a UFO would pass this one. Sometimes the game now gives players a timed UFO via the booster wheel or daily treat machine. That will help pass many tricky levels if played at the right time.

  • I have also sent a complaint to player support about it. I will not play any new levels on the affected accounts and would urge others not to play either. The best feedback for any test feature you don't like is to quit playing. That will send the clearest message to the computer programme running the test.
