Mine was fixed after chatting with tech support but I refused to clear cache. I told them I didn't really care about spending my money anyway and thanked them kindly. It was fixed not long after that....😉

This is what happens when I try to buy the piggy bank. I am playing on my computer using Chrome through Facebook. I am also unable to buy anything from the shop as well and I have tried 2 other browsers. Safari and Firefox does not even show a piggy bank!

I switched computers to a chrome server and nope still no go!!!!!!! I have had the same problems. First I assumed it was because I started using a new computer with Windows 10 and a 4K display but it is odd the other games work just fine but not Alphabetty. I did my own troubleshooting and I think the problem is that my progress on Facebook is not syncing properly with king.com. I played on king.com to progress to the current episode because I had this same problem previously. I shouldn't have to play the levels twice to keep progressing! Please fix this!
