  • This isn't a new problem. It keeps happening over the years. I assume you login with a King account. It happened to me when I switch to a King account. I didn't get back my lost gold bars.   • You can always play the past levels to compete in the Springtime Collection. I normally try to double the score ahead of the top opponent.
  • You are probably too far ahead. There is hardly anyone there to challenge you. I purposely keep my position at a distance to enjoy the Episode Race while still playing 3 episodes every week.
  • Why don't you post a screenshot of your game? If it's the same issue, then update your App would have solved the problem.

  • This is how it appears on 2 different devices. The apps were updated automatically many times by Microsoft Store. The banner on my avatar still appears as 10,000 on my friend's device.
