Playing on iPad Air that is up to date. Connected by wifi. Screenshots will not paste. I have no idea what my King ID# is. Where do I find this?

Yes. I got the standard reply email. Everything suggested I have already tried. I don’t want to uninstall the game and lose all my rewards, etc. I’m still getting the connection issues pop up.

Still having connection issues. Cannot give or receive lives. I’ve tried all of the suggestions. Short of uninstalling…and losing all of my boosters, etc, I don’t know what else to do.
