Level 1
I've again lost all my progress in Candy Crush, and am back to Level One, having been on Level 1400. Please advise!
Please help, my app updated and wiped out all my progress. I was up to level 1400. This is the 2nd time this has happened! They told me having an account would prevent this.
I downloaded the CC app on my new phone because I couldn't get it to transfer. I signed in with the email I used to back up my account, and it still took me back to level 1. I was on level 1137! PLEASE HELP!!!
