I play on both the facebook app and my phone. Usually they sync fine. When I went to use my phone app (Iphone) all the presents are gone. I have tried everything to get them to show up, including this that was posted to another player: disconnect yourself from Facebook/Kingdom, then close the game, reopen and reconnect…
