My presents have disappeared

I play on both the facebook app and my phone.  Usually they sync fine.  When I went to use my phone app (Iphone) all the presents are gone.  I have tried everything to get them to show up, including this that was posted to another player: disconnect yourself from Facebook/Kingdom, then close the game, reopen and reconnect yourself and the chest should be there. 

They are still missing.  Please help me fix this.  (The levels are still synced fine, it's just the presents that have disappeared altogether)

Good afternoon. Do you mean the gift boxes when you pass levels?

I am going to check back about this as a few players are mentioning the same, and I know we have had a long time issue with rewards not being rewarded on passing. I am wondering if the team have removed them to fix it.

Good morning.

The gift boxes are working as they should be. The studio has informed us they are not meant to be there all the time, but pop back now and again as an event.
