How can we accept requests quicker on the new format?

NOW FIXED! - "Sorry something went wrong" - message when requesting lives!
Seems we have a few issues playing on Facebook tonight @QueenB . We are either getting a "sorry we have a problem" when trying to send lives, or if playing through gameroom, its just freezing. No lives are being sent and accepting any just cause it to freeze :'(
