  Agreed. I'm surprised King are taking so long to sort this out. It's already been a few weeks and not a single bit of communication as to whether there's progress on this.

  Just tried logging into the app in another Windows machine and I'm still getting the same error so it's probably nothing to do with third party software. 😕

  Thanks for the suggestion. I deleted the browser history and cookies as well as the app data but unfortunately the issue persists 😞

  Thanks for your reply @Alienscar. I've cleared all the data for the Candy Crush app and then restarted the PC but still unfortunately no luck. Not sure if it was caused by some sort of update on…
