It is the Windows 10 app that I am having problem logging in to "Continue with Facebook".
I am weary of logging in with Kings.com because of bad experiences.
In February 2020, I had problem logging in to the app on my phone with Facebook account. So, I login with King.com account that I seldom used. After login I saw 102 gold bars which I probably collected previously, thinking that this is a different account.
However, when I subsequently switched back to Facebook account, my original 5600 gold bars on Facebook were reduced to 102.
I thought this is just an isolated case, but the same thing happened again after I had accumulated about 4900 gold bars from Facebook account.
After losing more than 10,000 gold bars, I don't want to use the King.com account anymore.
I have the same issue on Windows 10.
Can Candy Crush Saga not review the compatibility issue and implement something that will get it to work?
Agreed. I'm surprised King are taking so long to sort this out. It's already been a few weeks and not a single bit of communication as to whether there's progress on this.
Agree. I can understand that it's taking some time to fix given Facebooks attitude and lack of communication, but some statement from King could at least give us a feeling that we're important. But maybe we're too few yet?
I am having the same issue. I have a brand new computer and it seems others are having this problem as well. super frustrating!!!
Finally I was able to login with Facebook account.
Update the app in Microsoft Store if it has not yet been updated automatically.
I was also able to login after updating the app
