I’ve tried trouble shooting numerous times and nothing works! My Pyramid Solitaire Saga app on my iPhone 6plus ios 11.4.1 keeps crashing. I’ve been playing for years and don’t want to lose any progress. Please help!

You uninstalled it on the new phone and it worked. And I just realised that I didn't give you the troubleshooting link that would advise you do just that, and I even wrote a pretty new post about doing that during all these postings haha. So proof that deleting the app, even on a new phone. Does help! Sometimes when transferring data, it also transfers faulty data.
Glad its back safe, and Xarly will probably see this, but if not, I will put it before him and he can answer you. Unfortunately King do not usually restore saved boosters as they cannot keep track of them (I have lost so many boosters to reinstalling) but its always worth asking
Hi Xarly! That worked! And I didn’t lose any levels! However, I lost all my boosters that I had been saving up for over 900 levels. I had over 30 free move cards and over 20 of the “breaker” boosters (the one that looks like a gold staff) can I get any help with any of that?
Oh, that's unfortunate. Yes, I recommend you deinstall, restart the iPhone and then install the game again to see if it helps.

Okay, I just reseted your level back. You should still be in the same level but the game has been reset.
This is a very unusual issue that I've never seen before so let's hope this helps fix it!

No worries, that's what we're here for, to help!
One thing that we can also try is fully reseting your account and put you back in the same level, with the same amount of gold bars plus some more as a compensation.
This would imply that all the previous levels will all have 2 stars (although you can always go back and replay the levels).
Let me know if you're fine testing this option and if you are I'll go ahead and do this for you!
Hi Xarly! I clicked on the link and it asks me to install the game. I click install and it takes me to the App Store. I click open, and it takes me to the app that crashes while on the orange screen. I was really far along in the game and had a ton of items saved up. I truly appreciate the help you all have given me so far. Is there anything else I can do that will save all the progress and items I have earned?

Is there another way to log into Kingdom other than the app? When I click on the app, it shows the orange screen for a fraction of a second and crashes. I can do nothing from the app itself.

Anywho, I can definitely log in to other King apps. Pyramid is the only one crashing. I did check to see if it was expired, and it was. However, it’s still crashing after I renewed it. So that’s a no go. I’m not sure what you mean by logging into Kingdom? Thank you!
I also had an idea. Can you log in with the Kingdom in that game? If so, could you sync your FB progress with the Kingdom (I can help you with that if you need it) and log in that way instead of Facebook. I am wondering if it is Facebook with the issues.
It may also be worth checking facebook permissions, you can see how to do that here, as they expire quicker now than they used to do

So, I need more information on what the issue is. Can you try checking if it's happening with other apps or games from King? That can also help us pinpoint if it's game-related or device-related.

Hi! I am trying to play on my new phone too. The old phone is gone already and the app crashes so fast that I can’t even get past the orange King screen. I tied logging in through Facebook, but it automatically takes me right back to my app that crashes. I can’t get around it.

You won't lose progress as long as you are connected before you do anything to either Facebook or the Kingdom
Hi! I’ve tried updating my system, updating the app, and I even went out and bought a new iPhone 8plus (I needed a new phone anyway) in hopes that it would work...... to no avail. I’m REALLY far along in the game and don’t want to lose my progress. That’s why I haven’t uninstalled the game yet. Thank you!
Hi Mrfancypants, well done on your new phone. I bought the iphone 7 rather than waiting till the 8 came down in price and I really wish I had waited now. Its too much like the 6s.
Anyway, I assume you are playing on the new phone too? Are you logged in through Facebook? If so, try logging in on the new one rather than uninstalling the game on the older phone first and let me know how that goes Have a look at this link for more help..
