I’ve tried trouble shooting numerous times and nothing works! My Pyramid Solitaire Saga app on my iPhone 6plus ios 11.4.1 keeps crashing. I’ve been playing for years and don’t want to lose any progress. Please help!

Hi Mrfancypants, could you tell me exactly what troubleshooting you have tried please.
You won't lose progress as long as you are connected before you do anything to either Facebook or the Kingdom

Hi! I’ve tried updating my system, updating the app, and I even went out and bought a new iPhone 8plus (I needed a new phone anyway) in hopes that it would work...... to no avail. I’m REALLY far along in the game and don’t want to lose my progress. That’s why I haven’t uninstalled the game yet. Thank you!

Hi Mrfancypants, well done on your new phone. I bought the iphone 7 rather than waiting till the 8 came down in price and I really wish I had waited now. Its too much like the 6s.
Anyway, I assume you are playing on the new phone too? Are you logged in through Facebook? If so, try logging in on the new one rather than uninstalling the game on the older phone first and let me know how that goes

Hi! I am trying to play on my new phone too. The old phone is gone already and the app crashes so fast that I can’t even get past the orange King screen. I tied logging in through Facebook, but it automatically takes me right back to my app that crashes. I can’t get around it.

With such a cool name I'm sure you'll exclude my following joke: let's stop your game from crashing, so that you can go back and crush it!
So, I need more information on what the issue is. Can you try checking if it's happening with other apps or games from King? That can also help us pinpoint if it's game-related or device-related.
We'll make sure that one way or another we get you back into the game! (And with some sweet compensation for all the troubles)

I also had an idea. Can you log in with the Kingdom in that game? If so, could you sync your FB progress with the Kingdom (I can help you with that if you need it) and log in that way instead of Facebook. I am wondering if it is Facebook with the issues.
It may also be worth checking facebook permissions, you can see how to do that here, as they expire quicker now than they used to do

Hi Chicken Slayer! Did you hear about that new restaurant on the moon? I hear it has great food, but no atmosphere!
Anywho, I can definitely log in to other King apps. Pyramid is the only one crashing. I did check to see if it was expired, and it was. However, it’s still crashing after I renewed it. So that’s a no go. I’m not sure what you mean by logging into Kingdom? Thank you!

Is there another way to log into Kingdom other than the app? When I click on the app, it shows the orange screen for a fraction of a second and crashes. I can do nothing from the app itself.
