Lost all my boosters even though I was logged in

Hi, after the previous update the game kept crashing and wouldn’t work. I know I played as logged in so I tried reinstalling the app but it didn’t work. Now, after the new update the game works but all the boosters I had earned through hard playing are gone! I’m really really disappointed because I had saved them and used them only in extremely hard levels or to complete challenges in time. Is there any way to get them back??

In addition, I just changed to a new phone and the boosters didn’t disappear with that switch, so technically it should be possible to keep them if you are logged into your account when playing...
