I have good news today; the fix is live, that means, if you update the game now you will be able to play Pyramid Solitaire Saga again without any connection issue!

Well, well! IT'S FINALLY WORKING! I checked for an update a little while ago today and it didn't pop-up. I'm like, you know, let's check again because Lola is so sure this time. It worked!

It's definitively no false hope- our Studio team confirmed yesterday that this is fixed and it is working for most players.
Can you please confirm that you've updated the game, closed and opened it again?

@yass78 , @adestazio and @CML999 , can you please make sure you've got the latest update:
-On mobile or tablet, simply go to the game page in your app store and make sure the latest version is installed. If you already have the game open, please also fully close it down and start it again.
-On Facebook/King.com, you only need to close and reopen your browser and restart the game

click on one of the pictures and it will give you an update button.
Click on update and viola.

It’s not working ok! The pigbank is not filling up! And I had reached level 2070 but after reload I was sent back to 2026. So the support team must do better!

I’m glad I am not the only one! I’m on level 2033 and it’s like I’m playing alone. I can’t send lives. Hope they get it fixed!
Pleased to know I’m not the only one. I’m on level 2045 and so frustrated as no bonus rounds or Paths. It’s getting boring. Support please sort this out!

Can you please tell me more about the issue? Do you get any error message when you try to connect to Facebook? Are you getting connected to the wrong Facebook account?

I have exactly the same issue on my iPhone X up to date.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and signed in with my Facebook account, and went back to level 2026 (I was at level 2037). I guess it was the last time the sync went OK.
The game synced right. I won level 2026 and went to level 2027, and now the game won't sync again, the icon at the bottom right is spinning forever again...
So my guess is that there is a bug when the game gets at level 2027 and above...
It's seems to be the consensus all around. We're all above 2027.
I updated the game today, as they just released an update. I'm like maybe they fixed it and that's why they're silent. Nope. Just a horrible support "team".

If you have got an Apple device (iPhone or iPad), please try out these steps; if it's an Android device, use these steps instead.

Hello, Recently, the game has been crashing several times after logging in. This morning, I noticed that all of my HELPFUL HINTS, BONUS JOKER, SCEPTER OF POWER, and EXTRA CARDS I collected are gone. Please check and restore the bonuses. Best regards and waiting for the error to be fixed

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone.
