I have good news today; the fix is live, that means, if you update the game now you will be able to play Pyramid Solitaire Saga again without any connection issue!

Finally, people are starting to catch on that this game will soon become obsolete. King have bigger fish to fry and if you look at how easy level 138 was, you'll realise that they're not putting anything into it. They could have fixed this easily but, they can't be bothered and even Lola pop hasn't been seen in almost a fortnight. Wake up and smell the coffee, King have all but abandoned this game.
debfay55 I can't believe that Support hasn't been able to fix this issue. Maybe they are all on vacation and don't really care right now?
I agree cathyr66. I am at level 2038, and don't intend playing again until this issue is sorted out. I am wondering if this issue has been deliberately created. As other King games have not been affected, and they all require the same internet connection 🤔🤨
This is now getting ridiculous. I've been playing this game for years - I'm on 2108 - and I don't want to give up on it. Luckily I think I've only ever spent £1.99 on it- perhaps this is the problem?!

Looks like Lola has gone. This was obviously one problem the script couldn't fix.
I can see I am not the only one. I am stuck at 2024. I was already much further, but after 2024 I played with no wifi connection. I decided to log in on another device, no help. I deleted the game loosing all my boosters (about 100 of each except jokers) and reinstalled it but whenever I log out or log in on another device, I get bact to 2024. It makes no sense to play, because I will not only loose my boosters, as I am sure I will have to reinstall the game, but also since my progress is not recorded I will always start from 2024.
It was such a great game, but for now I will stop playing

I’m still getting messages from the support to go and see if I can find answers with the community...
Now each time I play it offers a bonus lever but when I am the map the bonus trunk is grey and the WiFi is still running...
If there is no one in the studio because of the situation (corona virus) or that the studio dose not provide support anymore on this game, please let us know.

That didn’t work here. My entire game reset to level 1 I’m not bothering with support because there is no support. Also I never ever spend good money on games. So glad
That doesn't sound like it's working to me. We've all reinstalled the game and had it fixed but, only temporarily plus you lost 7 worlds, how is that working properly?
I solved the problem, I think….. I was moving my icon on the iPhone 6 to another page when I accidentally deleted it.
I reinstalled the app from the app store and it started the game over from the beginning. I then went into the kingdom and logged out. When I signed back in it gave me my game back minus my bonuses and the last 7 worlds that I had completed. I am currently recovering level 2057.
The game seems to be operating correctly with the exception of allowing me to send lives to those that have requested help.
P.S.: If this helps for diagnosis, on the levels that I had previously completed, when I attempt to regain the lost levels the level screen shows the icon that indicates what power I played.

I figured it out, I can't believe it took me so long. The devs aren't worried about this game as they are concentrating on the games that make them the most money. Lola is sent in every few days to give us the fake assurance that the dedicated and well talented team are working on a fix but it's all BS! I haven't had a reward round in 3 zones, I haven't been able to send lives for weeks but, the connection is there when I want to make a purchase, how strange. King are making millions if not billions for fixing nothing because we carry on playing regardless. It's not their fault, it's ours and until we realise that and boycott King apps, nothing will get done.

We certainly hope so, Lola_Pop. All of us here haven't touched the game in a month or more.
Also, you're the only one replying so far. I contacted support before for being screwed out of my bonus round winnings more than a dozen times, all they did was send me the FAQ and asked how they did. So far, support is ABYSMAL at best. You're polite and patient and the only one replying, and trying to help. Out of all the experiences, so forgive us for not trusting the support team or the Devs because you are 1/10. Our collective 9/10 has been nothing but disappointing.
Anyway, I digress, we have no choice but to wait and try to trust. We do thank you for sticking with us, and we hope to hear good news soon.

I'm in touch with the Game Studio and I can assure you they're investigating to solve the issue. These things are not easy to tackle, but we have an awesome team behind Pyramid Solitaire Saga and I'm sure they'll do it soon.

It's weird. I switched devices and now it's working. The only downside as always, I lost everything!! I'm only a couple of levels away from completing it so might just call it a day. I'm so fed up with building items up, only to lose them because of an update etc?

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone.
