Why did you take all of my boosters away?

I had over 50 boosters in each booster before you start the game and you guys took those away. Also I had over 20 boosters in each one while playing the game that I could use and you guys took them away also. WHY? I think that is a bunch of crap on what you guys did.

We warmly welcome you to the Friendly King Community's Pyramid Solitaire Saga forum.
In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.

Did u uninstall or have a new device ... boosters is not stored on account id... and hence will reset if u have a new device or uninstall ...

I didn't uninstall and nor did I have a new device. I went to play the game one day and while I was waiting for it to load, it kicked me out and I had load the game again and when I did all my boosters were gone. Just give me all my boosters back!!!
