I am vert sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Sometimes, we lose our saved up boosters just be "updating" our game -- this happens when the device does not have enough memory space. The system makes place for the "Update" of the App, by removing some or all of the boosters.
If all those saved up boosters are earned through Daily Bonus, events, etc., unfortunately, they cannot be reimbursed.
But, if there were any boosters, that you have purchased with real money, then you can write to the "King Player Support Team" to request for reimburse them. You might have to produce the "purchase receipts", so please keep them handy to show to the Support Team.
