If I’m correct you would have to make a new account then contact support here in the community to see if they can link the old account with then new account. You would need a new email. To contact customer support here in the community follow this link...

And if you want to change your username (King Account) on any King's Game, please follow these steps :
- Go to the King website at King.com
- Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
- Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
- Select edit to change your username
- Once complete, your username is changed.
